Fresh Organic Apples Our fresh organic apples are available seasonally, for about 12 weeks from late February until late May. Each variety is available for only two to four weeks each year. see Harvest Times

Each year we attempt to make one small batch of the perfect apple juice.       It is beautifully packaged - the art work is by Mt Gambier artist
Anne Miles. We believe the bottles themselves will become collectables.

WHAT MAKES THIS JUICE SPECIAL ?

The 16th Century classic French tart apple Calville Blanc is complemented by the brilliant juice of the Braeburn apple.

These apples were grown specifically for making juice .

Within 24 hours of picking, the juice was in the bottle -this is unheard of in the apple juice industry.

With our own hands we planted the trees, picked the fruit, then pressed and bottled the juice at our orchard.

The fruit was fully mature and perfect for juice - rather than picked early for long term storage.

We grow apples for their flavour rather than for their appearance.

We grow certified organic apples because we believe they taste better and are better for you.

We let the fruit speak for itself . Rather than adding water, sugar, acid, flavour or preservative, we try to grow the perfect juice apples. The only additive is a small amount of Vitamin C to prevent oxidation.

Our traditional style "rack and cloth" press , is labour intensive, but produces a wonderful product.

It is not possible to produce juice of this quality on a large scale - this juice is in a class of its own. see sales outlets

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple juice is fermented to alchol then acetobacter convert the alcohol to vinegar.
Contains live "Mother of Vinegar"
No sulphur added
Available at Adelaide Showgrounds Farmers' Market,
                       Kalangadoo Farmers' Market, and
                       The Organic and Sustainable Market (at Henley Beach Primary School).
